Portia de Rossi will celebrate her second wedding anniversary to Ellen DeGeneres by taking the chat show host's name.
Portia, 37, will officially become Portia Lee James DeGeneres on 23rd September, after asking an LA court on Friday to legally change her name.
The pair married back in August 2008 in a small ceremony witnessed by only 30 guests at their estate in Beverly Hills.
